My Top Ten Gizmos of 2007

The year 2007 has been a year of great innovation and new generation models. With a wide range of techie gadgets in the market, It has been listed down alphabetically and was trimmed down to the top ten gizmo of 2007.
- The Amazon Kindle is designed to work best with Amazon’s service; and is pricey at $399. This is more of a first-generation product giving an e-book market a new touch. This product won’t modernize the industry, however in a couple of years, the top-of-the-line Kindle will be a much-improved product. Some improvements needed regarding the display and a bit more of spontaneous navigation system, this product would be attractive, even at the price.
- Apple iPhone is a complete substitute screen for the original version of Apple iPhone. It comprises of both the LCD and Digitizer. The LCD & Digitizer Kit is hard to find and most dealers are only selling the LCD. The iPhone LCD is not that easy to replace, it includes Free Video Install Link and touch-screen interface at$145.50
- Asus Eee is a two-pound, paperback-sized laptop that operates Linux. This gizmo is loaded with a 900MHz Celeron CPU, Wi-Fi, and a 4GB hard drive with a price ticket of $499.
- Ibiza Rhapsody syncs with the Rhapsody music account over Wi-Fi, it updates pod casts, plays MPEG-4, WMV, H.264 video files, and can even be use for internet surfing even with the absence of PC at $229.
- Intel Classmate PC is a rugged low cost laptop device use to run XP. It has a very small keyboard and is not suited for adults. However, the laptop’s rugged case’s looks and snappy performance will justify the $300 price tag.
- Nokia N95 is one of the most feature-packed phones which includes Wi-Fi, 3G support, GPS, a 5-megapixel camera, quad-band GSM, an excellent web browser, an Office applications reader and a music player with a very costly price at $750.
- Pioneer “Kuro” Plasma HDTV is a plasma available in 720p and 1080p versions depending on the plasma’s size and model. It produces spectacular images, with deep blacks, but this 50-inch plasma set is pricey at $4500.
- Shure SE530 is considered as the priciest earbuds at $450. The SE530 comes with a trio of “micro speakers” for each ‘bud providing an exceptional sound experience.
- TiVo HD made waves to HD in the late 2006, with the $800 price tag for the new Series3. This is a Digital Cable Ready set-top-box working seamlessly with any cable provider. This TiVo HD has exclusive features like Movie & TV Downloads combined with Movie Sharing and the use of universal Swivel search.
- Vudu plays Internet-delivered movies on TV; movie selection comprise of major Hollywood studio titles; excellent video and audio quality; impressive onscreen interface and scroll-wheel remote; simple setup and configuration. However, this is not a perfect TV set-top box with the absence of a subscription model, and is very expensive at the price of $400.
